Terms & Conditions Payong99 – Terms of Use for Malaysian Members

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Payong99 ("Platform," "We," or "Company"). These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the Payong99 platform, including all services, games, betting features and content available through our official website.

By completing the registration process, making your first deposit, or using any part of the platform Payong99, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to register for or use payong99's services. In the event of any conflict between these terms and verbal communications from any party, the written terms in this document shall prevail.

2.1 Age Requirement

Payong99's services are exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above without exception. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age requirement. payong99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close the account of any member who fails to verify their age or who is found to be below the minimum age limit.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Payong99. Holding multiple accounts as a single individual is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without compensation. This includes accounts registered using the details of family members or housemates.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. Your full name, date of birth, phone number and email address must be your real details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms, and Payong99 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account closure and withholding of withdrawals until identity can be verified.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Payong99 follows Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued ID (MyKad or passport) and proof of address in certain situations, particularly before withdrawals exceed the specified threshold.

3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Payong99 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian local payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow and FPX online banking (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other banks that support FPX). All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Payong99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM30 per transaction.

Withdrawal processing times are within 1–3 business days, depending on the chosen method and account verification status. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.

3.3 Deposit Responsibility

All deposits successfully credited to your payong99 account are final and non-refundable on the member's request alone, except where a verifiable technical error has occurred. Please ensure you deposit the correct amount and check your account balance after every transaction. Any discrepancies must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.

Payong99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in their respective bonus terms. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand the specific terms of each promotion before accepting it.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used by one account per individual, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled and possible account closure.
• Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Payong99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that members who have already received a bonus will not be affected retroactively.
• Bonuses granted as a result of a technical error or system vulnerability are invalid and will be rescinded without compensation.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement for payong99 bonuses is between 15x to 30x of the total bonus amount received. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stipulated timeframe — typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion type. Bets placed on certain games may only contribute partially or not at all toward fulfilling the wagering requirements.

All betting and casino gaming activity on the Payong99 platform is conducted fairly using a random number generator (RNG) that has been verified by an independent auditing body. The results of all games and matches displayed on the platform are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear, demonstrable evidence of a technical error.

5.1 Sports Betting & E-Sports

• All bets are settled based on official results announced by the relevant governing body. For the Malaysia Super League, EPL, MPL e-sports and other tournaments, the final results received by Payong99 from official data providers shall apply.
• Bets placed after a match has commenced are only valid if accepted by the payong99 system in live (in-play) betting mode. Any bet inadvertently accepted after the outcome is known will be deemed void and cancelled.
• In the event of a match cancellation or suspension before the minimum required play time has been reached, Payong99 reserves the right to void all related bets and refund the staked amounts to the member's account.
• Odds displayed on the Payong99 platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Payong99 will notify members if odds change significantly prior to confirmation, giving them the option to proceed or cancel.

5.2 Live Casino Games

Baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and other Live Casino games on Payong99 are operated by licensed software providers using real physical equipment — actual cards, actual tables — broadcast via live stream. The outcome of each game round is final once announced by the dealer. Technical issues such as stream disruptions or disconnections on the member's end do not invalidate the result of a completed round.

5.3 Prohibition of System Abuse

Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, odds errors, software weaknesses, or any other flaws within the platform Payong99 is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of bots, automation software, systematic odds arbitrage, or any other unfair method. Confirmed violations will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

As a Payong99 member, you agree to comply with all of the following responsibilities whenever you use our platform:

• Personal Use Only: Your payong99 account is for your personal use only. You are not permitted to place bets on behalf of others, accept bets from others, or operate your account in any manner that resembles a betting business.
• Legitimate Funds: All funds deposited into your Payong99 account must come from legitimate sources and must not be proceeds of any illegal activity. Using our platform for money laundering or financing unlawful activities is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Login Credentials Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. payong99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Local Legal Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of payong99's services complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. payong99 does not provide legal advice regarding the status of online gambling in any jurisdiction.
• Mental and Financial Wellbeing: You acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and that you are wagering with funds you can afford to lose. If you feel that betting is affecting your well-being, you agree to seek help and make use of the responsible gaming tools provided by Payong99.

Payong99 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion that the member has breached any of the terms in this document. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:

• Holding multiple active accounts simultaneously
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activities
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or system errors
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation
• Placing bets on behalf of another person (proxy betting)

7.1 Voluntary Closure Procedure

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the Payong99 support team via email at support@payong99.com or via live chat. Prior to closure, any eligible positive balance will be processed for withdrawal once all active wagering requirements have been fulfilled or cancelled in accordance with the current policy. The final withdrawal processing period is within 5 business days.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

As part of Payong99's commitment to responsible gaming, members may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (30 days, 90 days or 6 months) or a permanent one. During the self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and inaccessible. Any request to lift the self-exclusion before the period ends requires a minimum 7-day cooling-off period before it can be considered.

Payong99 believes that a positive betting experience is one undertaken with full control and awareness. We provide a range of tools and resources to help members stay responsible in their betting activity. Use of these tools is encouraged and will not result in any prejudice to your account status.

• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit you are comfortable with over a defined period. The system will prevent further betting once that limit is reached.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the member and Payong99. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.

9.3 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, payong99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses suffered by a member arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, technical service disruptions, or unauthorised access resulting from the member's own negligence.

Payong99 makes no guarantee that use of the platform will be entirely free of errors or interruptions. We will make every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly, but cannot guarantee 100% availability at all times, particularly during scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control.

9.4 Entire Agreement

This document, together with Payong99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Payong99 regarding your use of this platform. It supersedes all prior communications, discussions or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
